About Me
I have an English/Spanish background. I grew up in London where I went to a French school and then later lived in Madrid for a while. I also had a wonderful year living in Galway, Ireland. In 1995, I moved to Brisbane and began working as a graphic designer. Four years later, I enrolled in a multimedia degree (BA Communication Design) at the Queensland University of Technology, which I completed in 2001.
These days I am a mother of two living in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia.
I have worked for over a decade for the Queensland Government, first as a graphic designer and then as a multimedia developer responsible for video production, interactive CD and DVD development, 3D & 2D animation, web development consultancy and project management.
I established Smudge Design in early 1999 as a freelance home business providing graphic design services for print production, ranging from concept creation to pre-press and print management.
When I am commissioned to do a Smudge project, I work from home (9am-3pm, Mon-Fri). I am always happy to consider proposals and can be contacted by , via the online contact form, or on (+61) 0403 855 644.
